Equity release adviser

We're hiring self-employed later-life lending advisers in various locations throughout the UK!

Are you a CeMAP & CeRER qualified professional with a passion for helping clients navigate the complex world of later-life finance? If so, we have multiple opportunities throughout the UK for experienced advisers.

Position: Self-employed Later-life Lending Advisers and Self-Gen Advisers


Location: National/Regional (with occasional travel industry events throughout the UK)


Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in the later life lending sector.

Key requirements:

- CeMAP & CeRER qualified.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

- Previous experience in telephone-based customer appointments.

- Familiarity with video-based appointments (Teams, Zoom).

- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams).

Role and responsibilities:

As a Responsible later-life lending adviser, you will:

- Advise clients on various mortgage products and recommend suitable options for their individual needs.

- Maintain a high level of expertise on mortgage products and regulatory changes.

- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to industry regulations for impartial financial advice.
