You will work within the Business Change &Transformation team, and with our external technology partners, to ensure thatwe are implementing the right solutions that drive the business forward andachieve the successful delivery of our ambitious technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities for the Systems Analyst:

·       Perform BAU system configuration processes suchas interest rates changes and product builds and amendments.

·       Produce technical and functional specificationsand solution design documents.

·       Working closely together with technical staff,such as Developers to ensure the technical viability of solution.

·       Design and oversee test specifications andconducting rigorous testing before rolling out system configuration changes.

·       Run funder and operational reporting using SSMSand Power BI

·       Build new SQL reports and scripts in our DataWarehouse or from the application server.

·       Maintain a Data Dictionary complete with entityrelationship diagrams.

·       Create or amend system automated documenttemplates.

·       Amend and configure system rules in accordanceto underwriting changes.

·       Identifying and managing risks and issues thatimpact business outcomes

 

Required Skills and Experience for the Systems Analyst:

·       Knowledge of data modelling and datavisualisation tools

·       Strong computer, software, and analytical skills

·       Proven ability to assess business needs andtranslate them into relevant solutions.

·       Experience installing, configuring, documenting,testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems

·       Working knowledge of a wide variety ofprogramming languages including Python (Desirable)

·       Critical thinking ability with strongproblem-solving capacity

·       High-level written and verbal communicationskills

·       Ability to work under pressure and to tightdeadlines
